Garbage Plate is an upstate New York delicacy, popularly rediscovered by the Youtuber Jenna Marbles. In a video, she had her boyfriend, Julian Solomita, make her favorite meal from her childhood living in New York, known as a garbage plate. I was inspired by her and made it myself soon after the video came out. She linked the recipe she used in the description, and I re-created it, though since I'm not vegan nor need to be gluten-free, I added meat. This is the recipe that I used and I hope you find a use for it. I did make this myself with inspiration from multiple recipes. To start off I will explain what it actually is. A garbage plate is one half fried potatoes and half mac salad. On top, it is drizzled with a meat sauce, topped with two burgers. And add ketchup and mustard as desired. For the Mac Salad you'll need: 1 box small pasta 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (remove for vegan) 1 red bell pepper, minced 1/4 red onion, minced 1/4 cup sweet pickle, chopped 1

I’m not even sure where to start. There is so much to say, wow how cliche. If anyone chooses to read this I appreciate it.
