What is considered finished? Getting all the achievable trophies (we don't talk about the ones in hard or insane mode)

Anything else you'd like to add? This game has a place in my heart as one of the most well-written and made horror games. I have played through the story at least 3 times now and I still clench my cheeks half of the game. I know when half of the scares are coming but they are so good with such good music and premise that it still scares me. 

The story is of abused insane asylum folks, who are stuck. You get stuck while trying to record evidence and spend the game making your way out discovering even worse horrors than you thought, maybe even ones out of this world. You spend your time running from people who want to take your fingers, as well as trying to find batteries so you can see down the dark halls of the asylum. 

You do have to have some bravery to face this game but if you had even an ounce I would suggest this game as one that needs to be on your list. 

The DLC is even more fascinating with a slight prequel showing what some of the asylums looked like before the big event that took place. It is definitely worth the time to play the DLC as well.
